Mark earned his Ph.D. in chemistry from Trinity College Dublin, Ireland, where he worked with Prof. Eoin Scanlan to develop radical methodologies for biomolecule modification and labelling. In the Muir lab, he endeavors to develop expertise in biochemistry and apply this combined experience to study the intricate regulation of chromatin structure and function.
Beyond his research, Mark enjoys photography, traveling and reading.
