Chuqi received her B.A. in Chemistry and Biochemistry and her M.S. in Chemistry from the University of Pennsylvania, where she researched alpha-synuclein aggregation in neurodegenerative disease under Dr. Virginia Lee. In the Muir lab, she is interested in studying the isoforms of linker histone H1 and their interactomes, as well as histone citrullination. Outside of the lab, she loves baking and walking around farmer’s markets.
