Yutong obtained her doctoral degree in chemistry with Professor Lara Malins at The Australian National University, where she explored electrochemistry as a powerful synthetic tool for peptide modification. In the Muir Lab, Yutong is interested in advancing high-throughput methods for generating DNA-barcoded nucleosome libraries to better understand the roles of PTMs in chromatin-associated processes. Outside of the lab, Yutong is a movie fanatic and enjoys playing jigsaw puzzles.
