Jeremy obtained his Ph.D. in physics from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology, where he worked with Leonid Mirny and Jeremy England on basic questions in nonequilibrium physics and on modeling the dynamics of epigenetic marks. At the Muir lab, he is keen to work at the interface of theory and experiment to tackle the dizzying and beautiful chemical complexity of chromatin and understand how it all works. Outside of the lab, Jeremy enjoys science fiction, listening to music, and traveling.
